Albert Quesada Albert Quesada

Albert Quesada trained at P.A.R.T.S (2004-2008) in Brussels, the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (MTD, 2003-2004), Amsterdam. Previously he studied Philosophy and Multimedia Engineering in Barcelona. Throughout his studies he organised weekly jams at P.A.R.T.S. and taught classes and workshops in different places around Brussels.

In 2005 Albert started working on SOLO on Bach & Glenn (2005-2008), a piece which has been growing and touring since, and which gave birth to the duet Solos Bach & Gould (2010).

Albert is active both in stage performances and in making video dances which, along with his other works, have been performed internationally.

Since June 2009 Albert has been dancing with the company ZOO – Thomas Hauert. He is currently touring Trilogy with Vera Tussing, an evening of three short pieces on musical structures. He has also worked with Benjamin Vandewalle, and he is setting up his next project Slow Sports, which will premiere in Spring 2012.
